BESS Coin

FOUNDER · MAC ZHANG
Public demo

Giving a battery's contribution a clear record.

BESSCOIN turns storage-sector experience into an interactive product: exploring energy-service verification and contribution records through PoVES, with a virtual power-station simulation and operating-data CSV checks. The website is open to explore; contribution rewards remain in design.

  • Storage contribution verification
  • Energy rewards & settlement
  • Ethereum-based prototype
Inside BESSCOIN

The first step is getting the record right: which asset contributed, what its meters recorded and whether the same contribution has been claimed twice. The draft separates energy contribution records from the ecosystem participation token, with checks for data quality and duplicate claims.

Current work spans the product experience, measurement and verification rules, contribution records and reward design. The website offers a virtual power-station simulation and operating-data CSV checks, introducing the journey from battery dispatch and service verification to simulated rewards.

Carbon-project participation remains a longer-term direction, dependent on external verification and recognised credit issuance. The public website is a demo: minting and claiming are simulated, and BESS Coin has not opened real issuance.
